GO POP! - LAUNCHING THIS SPRING 

The Go Pop! screenprinted series brings to life my collection of vintage bottle caps, in the form of wall art. It recognises the striking graphic narrative of the 20th Century and explores the relationship between consumerism, art and graphic design.

The series respects the textures and stories that the aged bottle caps tell, with each detail of the original bottle cap meticulously reproduced for print.

The result: a blown up bottle cap that captures the mood of an era and the art of graphic design.

The bottle caps will be screenprinted at 500mm x 500mm, using 8 colours and form an exclusive limited edition. Each one printed on the highest quality archival paper, featuring the artist (me) Tom Love's hand signature and edition number, making sure each one is a collectable and covetable piece of art.

The collection consists of 6 iconic soda brands; Coca Cola, Pepsi, 7up, Cherry Coke, NEHI and Mello Yello. 

I want more people to value the role design has in our lives and give more people access to affordable, quality art that can inspire and inform.

AROUND THE WORLD

The Around The World Series features six original airline luggage tag designs from a number of iconic airlines such as Pan Am and Quantas. These designs depict the four corners of the world, celebrating the golden age of travel: where privileged passengers were whisked off on adventures around the globe. Each destination label is hand printed, signed and numbered in a limited edition of just 50 of each design.

 

LUCKY STRIKE WHITE

 

An exclusive edition of silver leafed screenprints to celebrate the famous designer, Raymond Loewy's design of the White Lucky Strike cigarette packet. Originally proposed in 1942, the white packet has become an American icon. These screenprints have been hand-pulled, reproduced using seven layers of colour and hand finished with genuine silver leaf.
Each print is hand signed, numbered and certificated.

 
 

THE TOY BOX

The Toy Box is a series of original mid-century Czechoslovakian matchbox labels. The original labels are part of a series of designs to promote the Czech toy manufacturer - Hamiro. These three hand printed screenprints have been reproduced in four and five layers of colour, staying true to the vivid primary colours that are so eye catching on the original labels. Printed in a limited edition of just 25 of each print, each one is hand signed and numbered.

 

LE CORBUSIERS AMPERSAND

Hand printed metallic silver on a premium ebony paper and available in an exclusive edition of just 30 prints, Le Corbusiers Ampersand is a modern hommage to the famous Modernist Architect and designer. This typographic ampersand stencil is an representation of the zinc stencils which are so iconic across the streets of Paris. Each print is hand signed and numbered in graphite.
